Please send your cards in sleeves and toploaders only. Avoid using one-touches or mag cases unless absolutely necessary for exceptionally thick cards. Note that one-touches and toploaders will not be returned and will be recycled.
Payment for evaluation and preparation is due at this stage.
Surface Cleaning: We meticulously clean your cards to remove fingerprints and any residue. Additionally, we provide a detailed report highlighting any issues found on the card and the specific treatments applied to address them.
Comprehensive Evaluation:
Each card undergoes a meticulous assessment using a precise 10-point scale, providing a thorough analysis of its condition.
Transparent Communication: You will receive a detailed spreadsheet with scores, notes, and personalized recommendations.
From here, you can choose to either:
Cards Get Returned To You: If you choose not to proceed with grading submission, we’ll return your freshly cleaned and prepped cards.
Submit for Grading: Opt for us to handle the submission on your behalf. We’ll also advise on the most suitable grading services for your needs.
Safe Handling: Cards are placed in easy-pull wide sleeves and semi-rigid card savers, ready for submission.
Data Entry: We handle all the data entry required for your cards. We identify and validate each card variation to ensure proper processing.
Safe Shipping: Your submission order is packed and shipped with insurance to the grader.
After grading, we’ll email you with your card grades and details on grading service and return shipping fees.
Once payment is processed, we’ll promptly ship your cards back to you!
